Youth Mission Statement: Empowering youth to echo the life of Jesus Christ.
Youth Director's Mission: To provide the leadership necessary to grow the youth group spiritually and numerically.
Youth Director Job Description: To build, train, motivate, and evaluate a team of volunteers (both adult and youth) to carry out our mission. Grow the ministry through the recruitment and equipping of volunteeers.
Approximately 20 hours per week. Additional hours for a Mission Trip and other events may be required.
Salary range from $8,000 to $11,000 annually depending on experience. 2 weeks paid vacation.
