Position Title: Weekend Assistant Manager
Description: This is a part-time management position (approx 16-20 hours per week). The Weekend Assistant Manager is responsible for Residential Program oversight at all residential homes in order to ensure the physical and emotional needs of the youth are being met.
Responsibilities: Problem solving skills are a requirement of this position. The Weekend Assistant House Manager must be able to demonstrate effective and efficient leadership of staff and clients in TLC’s Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility.
Qualifications: Two years experience in providing direct care to juvenile offenders, children in need of care, and children with severe emotional disturbances is preferred. Candidates should have experience supervising residential staff. A high school diploma and, at least 60 hours of college credit hours in social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is also preferred. The candidate must be at least 21 years of age and have a satisfactory driving record
Hours: Part -time
Salary Range: $14.46 per hour
