Therapeutic Mentor for residential youth

Position Summary: The Therapeutic Mentor is responsible for providing a positive, one-on-one relationship with a specific PRTF Residential youth.  This employee will also work in coordination with the said resident’s treatment team in deciding the best treatment plan for the youth.

Approximately 10% of this position’s time is spent driving a TLC vehicle; approximately 90% is spent interacting with people, primarily with the resident. 

Tasks are performed under the direction of the Chaplain (or Case Manager). Work performance is reviewed through informal supervision, formal supervision, reports, and evaluations.
