Skills & Experience: Knowledge in Early Childhood and Elementary education development; good rapport with children and youth; self motivator who encourages lay participation; preference for candidates who are “licensed” or have had previous ministry experience.
Primary Responsibilities: Oversee Family Life Ministry Team in the development of children and youth programming. Give leadership in Children’s Worship Moment and Children’s Church on Sundays.(Detailed description is available. )
Time Requirements: Approximately 20 – 25 hrs. per week.
Compensation: $17,000 – $19,000 (Depending on Experience)
